Well, it is now official! Blake will be featured in a new campaign for Chanel’s “MADEMOISELLE” handbag line. It is no surprise that one of our favorite Gossip Girl’s was chosen since she has been spotted just about everywhere in Chanel.

“Though I am the face of it, I will carry it like every girl,” Lively said of the bag according to WWD.

According to the official Chanel website the campaign will be shot by Karl Lagerfeld and scheduled for mid-March. Excitement does not even begin to describe the way I feel about this one.

Cushnie et Ochs

Cushnie et Ochs designers Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs showcased a very unique look for Spring fashion. While other designers opted for bright colors and florals this collection consisted of a darker element. Onlookers were led through a journey between dark and light as the pieces ranged from black and camel leather to paisley. Whatever your opinion of the collection there is no denying that the designers have created some very sophisticated pieces. Visit their official website: Cushnie et Ochs.

Also available for purchase in February is a Reb’l Fleur body lotion which will retail at $30. For those of you who are interested you be sure to look out for the hints of vanilla, musk, violets, and red berries included in the scent.

Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design students have designed two limited edition bags inspired by Alfa Romeo, Italian sporting car brand. The bags were created as a part of the brand’s centenary celebrations this year according to the information released earlier this week.

Originally, fifteen students submitted designs for consideration. In the end Alfa Romeo chose the designs presented by Tamara Elliot and William Hendry to be produced for a limited run.

The designers took their inspiration from the Alfa MiTo model which can be described as both sporty and compact. One of the bags is versatile in that it goes from a flat garment bag to a large shoulder bag.

Central Saint Martins has produced noted talent such as Stella McCartney and the late Alexander McQueen. For further information and photos visit: www.alfaromeo.co.uk/bags.
